What is a podcast?

You might be asking, "What is a podcast?" A podcast is like an internet broadcast. A podcast keeps you on top of things. When you subscribe to a podcast your audio library will be automatically updated with the latest episode. For SH!FT our episodes are our weekly messages. You can also get sermon notes and videos through our podcast. So if you subscribe to the SH!FT podcast you will never have to download single files again. It's that easy. Not convinced yet? Just give it a try. Chances are you'll have fun!

What do I need to subscribe?

All you need is a computer equiped with iTunes (or another podcast audio management program). Once you have iTunes open click on the "podcast" folder on the left hand column. Look for the "podcast directory" at the bottom of your podcast folder. Then from there you can search for us. Once you find the SH!FT Student Ministry podcast you can hit "subscribe". Don't worry there is no fee for a subscription. After that your system will be updated to accept our podcast feed.

Each time you open your iTunes after you have a subscribed you can just hit the "update" button in the top right-hand corner and the new episodes will appear. It's that easy.
